How you may use it

For yourself, on your own phone. Please do not copy, resell or share licence keys, or try to remove the licence check.

What it is not

Umer OS is a self-control tool. It is not medical advice, therapy or a treatment for addiction. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or another qualified professional.

Hard mode

Hard mode is designed to be hard to undo. You choose it knowingly, and you are responsible for keeping your password or code safe. If you lose access, we can issue a recovery code as described on the Hard mode page.

No promises about results

We work hard on Umer OS but we cannot promise it will suit every phone or give you a particular result. Android and phone makers change things, so some settings may be named differently on your phone.
